Cohere, formerly known as At Media, was founded in Philadelphia in 2009 as a traditional branding and marketing agency. Last week, they announced their rebranding as Cohere to reiterate their commitment to urban revitalization and improving cities through the power of design.
According to Chris Richards, the Director of Business Development at Cohere, “through branding, marketing, placemaking and web design and development, we transform spaces into brand experiences that are purposeful and valuable additions to the neighborhoods they’re located in.”
“Our partners in real estate, hospitality, and economic development help ensure a cohesive outcome that ultimately progresses the cities where we live, work, and play,” Richards added.
Richards joined the ETC when he had the opportunity to expand the company’s operations to Baltimore from Philadelphia. “Baltimore is a city on the rise, and we’re in a prime position to work with the city influencers, real estate developers, and organizations that are having a positive impact on Baltimore’s growth.”
He was looking for an alternative to working from home, which was not efficient or professional in his eyes, and the ETC offered the ideal mix of resources, location, parking, and community.
“[The ETC] has truly helped launch our business in a new region, and I owe much of my personal success here to the space and resources in the ETC.”
