ETC's partnership with Duane Morris LLP,
Baltimore office, provides mentoring services to ETC companies in the
legal areas like corporate structure, venture capital and private
investment transactions, and intellectual property.
The Legal
Clinic sessions are held at ETC facilities once a month and a Duane
Morris attorney advises ETC clients, at no cost. These mentoring
sessions will be one-on-one for 45 minutes up to an hour.
