Lookingglass Names Homeland Security Luminary to Advisory Board

Baltimore, MD – Baltimore-based Lookingglass Cyber Solutions - the leading provider of global cyber situational awareness products - announced today the addition of Homeland Security expert Richard Gordon, Managing Director of Civitas Group LLC, to the company’s Board of Advisors.  As an advisor, Rick will lend his blended knowledge of the homeland security landscape and his expertise in business strategy to Lookingglass as it prepares to expand its customer base.

Rick Gordon is the Managing Director of Civitas Group LLC a strategic advisory firm focused on federal and commercial homeland and national security environments.  He has managed several large company accounts and developed a comprehensive investment strategy for the homeland security market.  Prior to Civitas he served as CEO of Tovaris, a specialized encryption software development company. Mr. Gordon was also a technology investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co., serving many emerging technology companies and participating in several technology initial public offerings. Mr. Gordon has served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. He received his MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia and his BS in Engineering with Merit from the U.S. Naval Academy.
